DOSCEL Board Directors visit Catholic schools

Connecting with Our School Communities
Directors of the DOSCEL Board are dedicated to engaging with our Catholic schools to gain a deep understanding of each unique community and its needs.
Marist-Sion Catholic College, Warragul, St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School Warragul, St Angela of the Cross Catholic Primary School, Warragul and St Ita’s Catholic Primary School, Drouin hosted Board Directors at their schools.

Members of the Board attending included Chair, Mr Garry McLean, Deputy Chair, Ms Cathy Jenkins, Very Rev Francis Otobo, Rev Jeff Kleynjans, Dr Dominic Thomas, Hon. Martin Dixon and Mr John Swan.
They were joined by the Diocese of Sale Business Manager, Ms Mary Winter and DOSCEL Office staff including Director of Catholic Education and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Paul Velten, Chief Financial Officer, Ms Kirrilly Bridger and General Manager Information Technology, Mr Shane Doyle.
These visits are invaluable, allowing Board Directors to meet with passionate principals, see first-hand learning and teaching in action, and strengthening our shared mission. We are inspired by the incredible work happening in our schools!
